Human Nuclear receptor corepressor 2 (NCOR2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Nuclear receptor corepressor 2 (NCOR2). The assay employs an ELISA detection method with colorimetric readout, is reactive against human targets, and is intended for research use only.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 125-8000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 100pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. Linearity was validated in serum (N=5) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, returning 103-113%, 81-91%, 97-107% and 95-107% respectively; in EDTA plasma (N=5) the same dilutions gave 107-116%, 91-103%, 96-106% and 105-114%; and in heparin plasma (N=5) 80-92%, 90-98%, 99-107% and 90-100%. Recovery averaged 97% (range 91-103) for serum and 99% (range 93-105) for plasma.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Nuclear receptor corepressor 2, a nuclear transcriptional corepressor (UniProt: Q9Y618), and is annotated to the cardiovascular research area.
