Human Nuclear receptor coactivator 1 (NCOA1) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human specimens and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human NCOA1.

Quantitative performance is supported by a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.056ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9%, and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with observed values ranging from 82% to 122% across matrices. Mean recovery is 98% for serum (range 92-104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94-106%).

NCOA1, also known as steroid receptor coactivator-1 (SRC-1), is a key regulator of the nuclear receptor signaling pathway involved in gene transcription and hormone responsiveness. Dysregulation of NCOA1 has been linked to cancer, metabolic disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
