Human Nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 1 (NFATC1) ELISA Kit

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.2% and inter-assay CV is 8.9%. Linearity has been established in serum (92–112%), EDTA plasma (81–125%) and heparin plasma (91–117%) across serial dilutions, while recovery ranges from 82–94% in serum and 84–96% in plasma.

NFATC1 is a transcription factor involved in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T-cells, particularly IL-2 and IL-4, as well as in osteoclastogenesis and the regulation of T-lymphocyte activation, proliferation and differentiation. For research use only.
