NFKB1 is a key component of the NF-kappa B transcription factor complex, playing a critical role in regulating immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. The kit is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting the natural and recombinant forms of human NFKB1.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.23ng/mL. Reproducibility is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%.
