Human Nuclear Factor Kappa B2 (NFkB2) ELISA Kit

Built for quantitative measurement of the human NFkB2 transcription factor, this Assay Genie reagent supports pathway-focused research into non-canonical NFkB signaling and its role in chronic inflammation, lymphoid biology, and tumor-microenvironment interactions. NFkB2, expressed as the p100 precursor and processed to the p52 DNA-binding form, is a central node in B-cell maturation and adaptive immune regulation, making it a target of interest in autoimmune studies and lymphoid malignancy research.

The kit is calibrated for use with tissue homogenates and is supplied in a microplate format that supports processing of up to 96 determinations per plate. Reagents include pre-coated wells, matched standards for generating a calibration curve, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash and assay buffers sufficient for the full workflow. Absorbance is read on a standard plate reader, and the assay is intended for research use only.
