Human Nuclear Factor Kappa B/NFκB ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this Sandwich ELISA for the accurate quantification of human Nuclear Factor Kappa B (NFKB). The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method with a stated sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

NFKB is a critical transcription factor that regulates genes involved in immune response, inflammation, cell survival, and proliferation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 88–101% for serum (n=5), 94–101% for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 89–100% for heparin plasma (n=5), with corresponding recovery averages of 96%, 93% and 93%. The assay protocol proceeds through reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
