Human Nuclear Factor I/B (NFIB) ELISA Kit

Transcription factor NFIB is implicated in brain development, lung maturation, and several malignancies including small cell lung cancer, where it drives metastatic behavior. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure NFIB protein levels in tissue homogenates prepared from human specimens, supporting studies of NFI-family transcriptional regulation, chromatin remodeling, and tumor biomarker profiling.
