Human Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NFE2L2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NFE2L2), also known as NRF2 and HEBP1. The kit is designed for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human NFE2L2. Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.184ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Recovery has been validated at an average of 98% (range 92-104%) in serum and 100% (range 94-106%) in plasma, while linearity has been confirmed across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (82-114%), EDTA plasma (94-116%) and heparin plasma (89-118%) samples. NFE2L2 is a transcription activator that binds to antioxidant response (ARE) elements in gene promoter regions and plays a key role in the cellular response to oxidative stress, with relevance to cardiovascular research.
