Human NTXI/Cross Linked N-telopeptide of Type I Collagen ELISA Kit

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of Cross-linked N-telopeptide of Type I Collagen (NTXi) in human samples.

Compatible sample matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. NTXi is recognised as a biomarker of bone metabolism and turnover, relevant to research into osteoporosis and related bone disorders. Following the colour-development step, absorbance is measured at 450 nm, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
