Human NRG-4/Neuregulin 4 ELISA Kit

A biotin-labelled detection antibody is then added and incubated at 37°C for 60 minutes, followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) with incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, colour development with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm.
