Human NRG-3/Neuregulin 3 ELISA Kit

An immunoassay from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Neuregulin-3 (NRG-3). It is a sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format and is validated for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

Manufacturer-stated performance figures include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity (n=5) is 85-103% for serum, 88-104% for EDTA plasma and 85-100% for heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Mean spike-recovery values are 94% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
