Designed for the quantitative detection of human NR3C1 (Glucocorticoid Receptor), this double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. The assay is reactive with human samples.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) was 81-98% at 1:2, 86-98% at 1:4, and 82-101% at 1:8, with recovery ranging from 86-104% (average 92%). The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
