Human NPY5R ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y5 (NPY5R) in human samples. The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Sensitivity is quoted at 0.188 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Reported linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls within 80–102% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while recovery ranges between 85–105% with averages of 92–98% depending on matrix. The procedure involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin incubation, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
