Human NPR1/NPRA ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human NPR1 (also referred to as NPRA, ANPa, ANPRA, GC-A, or guanylate cyclase A; UniProt P16066) using a sandwich double-antibody method with colorimetric detection. The supplied microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Standards and diluted samples are added to wells and incubated; a biotinylated detection antibody specific to a different epitope then forms the sandwich complex. HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate produce a colorimetric reaction, which is stopped with an acidic solution and read at 450 nm, with signal intensity proportional to analyte concentration.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Spiked-recovery averages are 98% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma, and linearity in these matrices is demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
