Human NPFFR2/Neuropeptide FF receptor 3 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human NPFFR2 (Neuropeptide FF Receptor 3) levels in research samples. The kit is configured as a Sandwich ELISA using a double-antibody format and is reactive with human samples. It is intended for the detection of NPFFR2, a neuropeptide receptor that plays a role in signaling pathways involved in pain regulation, stress response, and energy balance; its dysregulation has been linked to various neurological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying such conditions.

Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 10) is reported across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 at 87-100%, 86-102% and 85-101%; EDTA plasma (n = 10) at 82-101%, 86-101% and 84-99%; and Heparin plasma (n = 10) at 82-94%, 81-99% and 81-88%. Recovery data show serum (n = 10) at 97-104% with an average of 99%, EDTA plasma (n = 10) at 91-105% averaging 98%, and Heparin plasma (n = 10) at 91-102% averaging 97%. Storage is recommended at 2-8°C for 12 months.
