Human NPEPPS ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase (NPEPPS). It uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay detects natural and recombinant human Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase, a zinc metallopeptidase with broad substrate specificity that has been implicated in proteolytic events essential for cell growth and viability, regulation of neuropeptide activity, the antigen-processing pathway for MHC class I molecules, and N-terminal trimming of cytotoxic T-cell epitope precursors.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.5% and inter-assay CV is 10.8%. Linearity in serum (N=5) is reported as 103-111% at 1:2 dilution, 108-116% at 1:4, 106-116% at 1:8 and 82-90% at 1:16; EDTA plasma linearity is 91-99%, 109-118%, 108-118% and 98-110% across the same dilution series; heparin plasma linearity is 99-111%, 96-105%, 109-119% and 98-107%.
