Human NOXO1 (NADPH oxidase organizer 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI08120)

The NOXO1 target quantified by this Assay Genie ELISA is a 55 kDa cytosolic scaffolding protein that pairs with NOXA1 to recruit the catalytic NOX1 subunit to membranes, where it drives regulated superoxide production in epithelial and vascular tissues.

In published redox-biology studies, NOXO1 expression has been linked to colon epithelial homeostasis, smooth-muscle signaling, and tumor-microenvironment oxidative stress, making this reagent useful for in vitro cell-culture models of inflammation and for in vivo translational work.

Each kit supports up to 96 determinations in a standard microplate format. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C in working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while the coated plate and wash buffer are kept refrigerated between uses.

Typical assay runs use 100 uL of prepared sample per well, with chromogenic development read on a standard microplate reader. Research use only.
