Human NOX4/NADPH oxidase 5 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate and precise measurement of human NOX4 (NADPH Oxidase 4) using a double antibody detection format. The assay is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months. The procedure uses TMB colorimetric substrate development followed by absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

Validated linearity and recovery data are supplied for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilution factors.
