Human NOTCH2 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables the precise measurement of human NOTCH2 levels across multiple sample types. Recovery averages 96% in serum (range 89-105%), 99% in EDTA plasma (range 97-101%) and 96% in heparin plasma (range 91-105%).

The protocol proceeds through primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution.
