Human Norrin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0933)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to measure human Norrin (NDP, the Norrie Disease Protein) in research samples. Norrin is a secreted cysteine-rich growth factor that acts through Frizzled-4 and LRP5/6 to activate Wnt/β-catenin signaling, with a well-characterized role in retinal vascular development and inner ear morphogenesis. The procedure accepts cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, and the read-out is captured colorimetrically on a standard microplate reader.

Each kit is supplied for 96 assays and includes a pre-coated plate, matched capture and detection antibodies, recombinant standards, and the buffers required to generate a standard curve. Working components are kept under refrigerated storage and protected from light between uses; repeated freeze-thaw of reconstituted standard should be avoided. The assay is intended for research use only and has not been validated for clinical diagnostic use.
