Human Norrin ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative colorimetric measurement of Human Norrin. The assay recognises Norrin, also known as Norrie disease protein or X-linked exudative vitreoretinopathy 2 protein, encoded by the EVR2 / NDP gene (Gene ID: 4693, Uniprot: Q00604).

Compatible sample types include cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. The kit reports a quantitative range of 0.41 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.41 ng/ml, and a recommended dilution of 2 fold. Detection is based on a sandwich-based colorimetric method.

For storage, the entire kit may be kept at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided. It may also be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months, with -80°C recommended for extended storage.
