Human Normal mucosa of esophagus-specific gene 1 protein (NMES1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Normal mucosa of esophagus-specific gene 1 protein (NMES1). The assay is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is intended for research use only.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.6%. Recovery in serum averages 96% (range 90-102%) and in plasma averages 98% (range 92-104%). Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions.

The kit detects natural and recombinant human NMES1, also referred to as Protein FOAP-11 and C15orf48. The associated research area is cell biology, with subcellular localisation reported as the nucleus (UniProt Q9C002).
