Human Noradrenaline Bitartas ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of noradrenaline (also known as norepinephrine) in human samples. The assay uses a coated-antigen format and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Colorimetric detection enables straightforward readout, and the kit is intended for research applications, including the study of noradrenaline as a biomarker in conditions such as hypertension, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 3.75 ng/mL and a measuring range of 6.25-400 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with serum recovery ranging from 88-105% (average 97%), EDTA plasma recovery from 87-97% (average 93%), and heparin plasma recovery from 90-103% (average 97%).
