Human Non POU Domain Containing Octamer Binding Protein (NONO) ELISA Kit

The NONO protein, also known as p54nrb or NRB54, is a multifunctional nuclear factor involved in RNA splicing, transcriptional regulation, DNA damage repair, and the formation of paraspeckle subnuclear bodies. Aberrant NONO expression has been associated with multiple cancer types and with neurodevelopmental disorders, so quantitative measurement of NONO levels in cell and tissue samples is a frequent requirement in molecular oncology and neuroscience workflows. Assay Genie supplies this kit as a complete microplate package with pre-coated wells, standard calibrators, and detection antibodies, intended for research use only. The procedure uses 100 µL of sample per well, is validated for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and biological fluids, and is compatible with standard microplate readers.
