Human nNOS ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), also known as NOS1, in human biological samples. The double-antibody format is intended for research use in cell biology.

Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity values (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 87-101%, 86-103% and 85-104% for serum; 83-101%, 83-100% and 87-101% for EDTA plasma; and 85-95%, 88-96% and 92-100% for heparin plasma. Mean recovery is 95% in serum (range 90-99%), 93% in EDTA plasma (range 88-103%) and 92% in heparin plasma (range 86-95%).
