Human NLRP2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07511)

The Human NLRP2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only and enables quantitative measurement of NLRP2, a NOD-like receptor family member also known as NALP2 or PYPAF2, in human-derived liquid samples. NLRP2 is a cytoplasmic pattern-recognition receptor involved in inflammasome regulation, autophagy, and early embryonic development, and is studied in contexts ranging from reproductive biology and innate immunity to cancer and infection research.

The kit is supplied in a single microplate format with all reagents required for the colorimetric assay, including coated wells, detection antibody, standards, and substrate. Reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4°C between uses, and the microplate should be sealed to protect from moisture and contamination. Each kit supports up to 96 determinations in a single-use plate configuration.
