The NKIRAS2 quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure NF-kappa-B inhibitor-interacting Ras-like protein 2 in human specimens. NKIRAS2 belongs to the Ras-like GTPase family and modulates NF-kappa-B signaling through interaction with Ikappa-B inhibitors, making accurate quantification valuable for studies of inflammatory regulation, immune cell signaling, and oncogenic pathways where aberrant NF-kappa-B activity contributes to disease.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 Assays configured in a microplate format suitable for high-throughput screening workflows. The assay produces an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard laboratory plate readers. Specimens prepared from human blood-derived fractions such as serum or plasma isolates can be analyzed alongside a standard curve to interpolate unknown concentrations. Reagents are shipped refrigerated and should be stored according to the enclosed package insert to preserve reagent activity.

Intended for research use only, this kit supports investigations into NF-kappa-B pathway components, including studies of Ikappa-B interaction partners, Ras-related GTPase signaling, and downstream transcriptional regulation. Researchers studying autoimmune conditions, oncogenic signaling cascades, or cytokine-driven inflammation may apply the kit to quantify NKIRAS2 expression across experimental conditions and patient cohorts.
