Human Nitric Oxide Synthase Trafficker (NOSTRIN) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie NOSTRIN immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of Nitric Oxide Synthase Trafficker in human research samples using a microplate-based protocol. NOSTRIN is an F-BAR and SH3 domain-containing adaptor protein that regulates subcellular localization of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), sequestering eNOS away from the plasma membrane and thereby modulating NO production in vascular endothelial cells.

The kit supports in vitro research workflows, with reagents supplied in a microplate format suitable for assaying tissue homogenates and cell lysates.
