Human Nidogen (NID) ELISA Kit

Nidogen is a sulfated basement-membrane glycoprotein that bridges laminin and collagen IV networks and is studied as a circulating marker of extracellular-matrix remodeling, glomerular injury, and tumor-stroma interactions. This colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to quantify human Nidogen (NID) with an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard microplate readers. The kit ships as a complete 96-assay package including a pre-coated plate, lyophilised calibrators, detection antibody, standards, and the wash and substrate buffers required to build a standard curve from which unknown sample concentrations are interpolated. Investigators running oncology, nephrology, or connective-tissue disease projects use Nidogen measurements to track basement-membrane turnover, and the kit is supplied for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
