The Assay Genie Nidogen-2 ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human nidogen-2 in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.

Nidogen-2 (NID2, also called entactin-2) is a sulfated basement membrane glycoprotein that bridges laminin and collagen IV networks, supporting tissue architecture, cell signaling, and embryonic morphogenesis. Investigators in extracellular matrix biology, cancer invasion and metastasis research, wound healing studies, and fibrotic disease models use this reagent to monitor nidogen-2 levels across experimental conditions and disease states.

The kit provides materials sufficient for 96 individual assays and is validated for research use only.
