Kit Contents
Each package contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent, sufficient for 96 individual determinations.

Workflow and Storage
A standard immunoassay workflow applies, with absorbance measured on a conventional microplate reader.
