Human NFKB1/NFkB p105/p50 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate quantification of NFKB1 (NF-κB p105/p50) levels in human samples. The kit targets a key transcription factor involved in regulating immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival, with research relevance to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

Validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the assay reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Kits should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The procedure involves a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma ranges from 85% to 104% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery averages 95% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 92% in heparin plasma.
