Human NFkB p100 ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NFKB2 concentrations, this sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection and is validated for use with serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay targets the NFkB-p100 transcription factor (UniProt Q00653), a precursor of the NF-kappa-B p52 subunit involved in immune response and acute phase reactions, and is suited to research into autoimmune disorders, cancer, infectious diseases, and the broader mechanisms of inflammation and immune regulation.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188ng/ml and a working range of 0.313-20ng/ml. Spiked recovery is 87-105% in serum (average 93%, n=5), 92-103% in EDTA plasma (average 98%, n=5), and 91-102% in UFH plasma (average 96%, n=5). Serial-dilution linearity is demonstrated at 88-102% (1:2), 88-95% (1:4), and 93-105% (1:8) for serum; 84-101% (1:2), 86-96% (1:4), and 89-101% (1:8) for EDTA plasma; and 80-99% (1:2), 83-96% (1:4), and 81-98% (1:8) for UFH plasma. Intra-assay CV is reported as <8% and inter-assay CV as <10%.

The kit is configured in a 96 Assays format and ships with a dismountable 8×12 strip ELISA microplate, two lyophilized standards, sample/standard dilution buffer, concentrated biotin-labeled antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25× wash buffer, and plate sealers.
