Human NFAT5 (Nuclear factor of activated T-cells 5) ELISA Kit (HUFI04995)

NFAT5 is a Rel-family transcription factor that governs cellular responses to hypertonic stress by driving expression of osmoprotective genes. Also known as TonEBP, NFAT5 regulates accumulation of compatible osmolytes and is implicated in renal medulla homeostasis, T-lymphocyte function, and pathological contexts including cancer progression, autoimmunity, and chronic inflammatory disease.

This quantitative ELISA-format immunoassay from Assay Genie measures human NFAT5 protein concentrations in blood-derived specimens, employing a colorimetric microplate readout.
