Human NFAT activation molecule 1 (NFAM1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human NFAT activation molecule 1 (NFAM1). It is intended for research use only and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

The kit shows a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.085 ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 8.1% and an inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery has been tested in serum (average 99%, range 93–105%) and plasma (average 101%, range 95–107%). The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human NFAM1.

NFAM1 is a type I transmembrane receptor that activates cytokine gene promoters such as IL-13 and TNF-alpha through the calcineurin/NFAT signalling pathway. It contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) and has been implicated in B-cell receptor signalling and regulation, with a reported molecular weight of 29,686 Da (UniProt Q8NET5).
