Human NFAM1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07519)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of human NFAM1 (NFAT Activating Protein with ITAM Motif 1), a transmembrane signaling adaptor that contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif. NFAM1 is predominantly expressed in B lymphocytes, T cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells, where it contributes to calcium mobilization and downstream NFAT transcription factor activation following immune receptor engagement.

The kit supports a broad spectrum of research applications in immunology, including characterization of B-cell receptor signaling cascades, studies of innate and adaptive immune cell communication, and investigations into inflammation pathways. Researchers have applied NFAM1 quantitation to chronic lymphocytic leukemia, primary immunodeficiency disorders, and autoimmune conditions where dysregulated ITAM-mediated signaling has been implicated in disease pathology.
