Human Next to BRCA1 gene 1 protein (NBR1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human NBR1 (Next to BRCA1 gene 1 protein) in serum and plasma samples, as well as tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.082 ng/mL, and reports intra-assay precision of 4.8% and inter-assay precision of 8.6%. Linearity has been verified in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with recovery averaging 95% for serum and 97% for plasma.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human NBR1, a receptor involved in the selective autophagosomal degradation of ubiquitinated targets. NBR1 plays a key role in autophagy and protein degradation, and its dysfunction has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions. For research use only.
