Human Neutrophil Peptide 1-3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Neutrophil Peptide 1–3 (HNP1-3) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, in which bound HRP-streptavidin is visualised with TMB substrate and the absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is 0.375 ng/mL and the working range is 0.625–40 ng/mL. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Neutrophil peptides 1–3 are components of the innate immune system with roles in defence against pathogens and in inflammation, and elevated levels have been associated with various inflammatory conditions, making them valuable biomarkers for immunological and inflammatory research.
