Human Neutrophil Cytosolic Factor 1 (NCF1) ELISA Kit

Quantifying the 47 kDa cytosolic organizer subunit p47phox of the phagocyte NADPH oxidase, this Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for human Neutrophil Cytosolic Factor 1 (NCF1) intended for in vitro research use only. Reagents and standards are supplied for 96 assays.

NCF1 is required for translocation of the cytosolic oxidase complex to the membrane during the neutrophil respiratory burst, and loss-of-function variants in NCF1 cause autosomal recessive chronic granulomatous disease (CGD). The assay accepts tissue homogenates and cell lysates, supporting studies of neutrophil function, oxidative burst signaling, ROS production, innate immunity, and inflammation. Researchers can apply the kit to monitor NCF1 expression in patient samples, primary neutrophil cultures, transfection or knockdown experiments, and disease-model comparisons. Reagents should be stored refrigerated to preserve antibody binding activity and standard stability prior to first use.
