Human Neutrophil collagenase (MMP8) ELISA Kit

MMP8, also known as collagenase-2, is a key enzyme involved in the breakdown of collagen in extracellular matrix remodeling and is implicated in tissue repair, inflammation, and cancer progression. The assay detects natural and recombinant human Neutrophil collagenase and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 93.75-6000pg/mL, sensitivity of 36pg/mL, intra-assay CV of 5.6%, and inter-assay CV of 9.6%. Recovery is 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma. Linearity data is provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
