Human Neuroserpin (NSP) ELISA Kit

Neuroserpin, the neuron-enriched serine protease inhibitor encoded by SERPINI1 (also known as PI12, peptidase inhibitor 12), is implicated in conformational dementia, ischemic stroke outcome, and synaptic plasticity research. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures endogenous human SERPINI1 with sensitivity 0.33 ng/mL across a detection range 0.781 to 50 ng/mL, and intra-assay precision reported below 10% CV. The kit supports translational work on familial encephalopathy with neuroserpin inclusion bodies, tPA pathway studies, glioblastoma invasion, and peripheral biomarker discovery, accepting serum or plasma samples and cell culture supernatant. Reagents supplied include a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant standards, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution, enough for 96 assays per kit. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples can be aliquoted and frozen for reuse across freeze-thaw cycles. The kit ships refrigerated; protect the TMB substrate from light and equilibrate components to room temperature before use.
