Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Human Neurokinin 1 Receptor (NK1R) ELISA Kit is a sandwich, double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of TACR1 (Tachykinin Receptor 1) in human samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an analytical range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.

The workflow uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate to capture the target, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, and a TMB substrate that is read at 450 nm after addition of the Stop Solution. The kit is supplied with a validated Bradford Reagent to quantify total protein for sample normalization.
