Human Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 3 (NOTCH3) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 3 (NOTCH3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant human NOTCH3.

NOTCH3 is a receptor for membrane-bound ligands Jagged1, Jagged2 and Delta1 that regulates cell-fate determination, and its dysregulation has been linked to neurological conditions including CADASIL (cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy), making it a valuable biomarker for neuroscience research. The kit reports a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.0% and an inter-assay CV of 7.3%. Recovery is 94–106% in serum and 96–108% in plasma.
