Human Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 2 (NOTCH2) ELISA Kit

Performance figures reported by the manufacturer include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Precision is given as 5.3% intra-assay (Intra CV) and 9.5% inter-assay (Inter CV). Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery ranges reported for serum (average 98%, range 92-104%) and plasma (average 100%, range 94-106%).
