Human Neurogenic Differentiation 6 (NEUROD6) ELISA Kit

NEUROD6, also known as MATH-2 or NEX-1, is a neuronal basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor expressed predominantly in post-mitotic neurons of the central nervous system, where it regulates neuronal differentiation and maturation. This Assay Genie kit provides an in vitro quantitative immunoassay for measuring human NEUROD6 protein levels in tissue homogenates and related sample matrices, supporting research into neurogenesis, cortical layer formation, and neurological disease mechanisms. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution, sufficient for one run of 96 determinations. Reconstituted standards and unused reagents should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to preserve activity, with working dilutions prepared fresh before each assay.
