Human Neurochondrin (NCDN) ELISA Kit

Neurochondrin (NCDN) is a cytoplasmic protein strongly expressed in neurons, where it regulates Rac1 signaling, neurite outgrowth, and synaptic plasticity. Quantifying NCDN in human tissue homogenates supports research into neuronal differentiation, learning-related pathways, and glioma biology, where altered NCDN expression has been reported across published studies. The Assay Genie kit uses a human-specific capture antibody and supplies a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, standards, and substrate for 96 individual sample wells. Standard ELISA workflow applies: pipette samples and standards, incubate, wash, add conjugate and chromogen, then read absorbance on a standard plate reader.
