Human Neuritin ELISA Kit

A high quality Sandwich ELISA designed to measure human neuritin levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Manufactured by Assay Genie, the kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with HRP–streptavidin detection and TMB substrate, and is intended for research applications in neurobiology. Neuritin, also known as CPG15, is a protein linked to neuronal development and synaptic plasticity, and the assay is positioned for work relating to neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and schizophrenia.

Reported assay performance includes a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity for serum is 88–102%, 87–104% and 86–104% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively; EDTA plasma 86–101%, 88–99% and 90–101%; heparin plasma 88–94%, 80–100% and 83–95% (n = 5 each). Recovery ranges from 87–100% for serum (average 93%), 85–100% for EDTA plasma (average 93%) and 92–105% for heparin plasma (average 100%).
