Human Neurexin-3 beta/NRXN3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0945)

The Assay Genie Human Neurexin-3 beta (NRXN3) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich immunoassay developed for the measurement of soluble Neurexin-3 beta in human research samples. Neurexin-3 beta is a neuronal cell-adhesion molecule of the neurexin family that localises to presynaptic membranes and supports synaptic specification, trans-synaptic organisation and neurotransmitter release, making it a target of interest in neuroscience, neuropsychiatric and addiction research.

This 96-assay microplate kit is supplied with pre-coated capture plates, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant NRXN3 standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate and substrate solution. The workflow uses a 100 µL sample volume per well, with cell culture supernatant and circulatory biofluids validated as compatible input matrices.
