Human Neuraminidase (NEU) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Neuraminidase (NEU) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of neuraminidase / sialidase enzyme activity across multiple fluid and tissue sample matrices. Neuraminidase is a glycohydrolytic enzyme that cleaves terminal sialic acid residues from glycoproteins, glycolipids, and oligosaccharides, and it is implicated in viral entry, lysosomal catabolism, and tumor cell migration. Researchers in glycobiology, influenza virology, and cancer cell signaling apply this plate-based assay to investigate NEU1, NEU2, NEU3, and NEU4 isoform expression in cultured cells and patient samples.
