Human Neurabin-2/PPP1R9B ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of Neurabin-2 levels in human biological samples, this colorimetric double-antibody sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets the Human Neurabin-2/PPP1R9B protein. Neurabin-2, also known as Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 9B, plays a crucial role in neuronal development and synaptic plasticity, and its dysregulation has been linked to neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions.

The kit includes an ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealers, and a technical manual. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, a 37°C primary incubation for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma spans 81–105% across 1:2–1:8 dilutions, with average recovery of 95–96%.
